The 30-day timeline

DAYS 1-7

Discovery & setup

You grant us read-only CRM access. You sign a TCPA attestation confirming your customers consented to contact at the original sale. We pull and clean your list, build segments, draft message copy in your voice. You approve copy by day 7.

DAYS 8-14

Wave 1 launch

First wave goes out — most-recently-lapsed segment first (highest reply rate). Replies start coming in within hours. We qualify and book. Target: 5-10 qualified appointments by end of week 2.

DAYS 15-21

Optimize

We pause underperforming segments and double down on winners. If response rate is below benchmark, we adjust copy and re-test. You get a mid-campaign call so we're aligned before the wind-down.

DAYS 22-33

Wind-down + report

Final wave + a "break-up" sequence to surface anyone on the fence. By day 30 the campaign is closed. By day 33 you get a final report with every qualified booking, no-shows, recovered no-shows, total revenue attributed, and a 30-min review call.

Pricing

You pay per booked appointment. No monthly retainer. No multi-month contract. Billed only on appointments that show up — no-shows are non-billable and we re-book them at no charge within 5 business days.

The first 1-2 clients run on a free pilot. No setup fee, no per-appointment fee. You give us a video testimonial and a signed case study release; we give you a 30-day campaign at zero cost to prove it works on your list.

How we de-risk it

  • 50-contact sample test before contract. We test a small slice of your list before you sign anything. Less than 1% reply rate? We decline the engagement and tell you why.
  • Partial-failure rebate. If a paid campaign delivers fewer than 10 qualified booked appointments, we refund 50% of the setup fee, give you a list-health diagnosis, and run the next campaign at 50% off.
  • No-show non-billable. You don't pay for a no-show. We re-book within 5 business days at no charge.
  • 48-hour qualification dispute window. If a booked appointment turns out to be unqualified, you flag it within 48 hours and it doesn't count against your bill.

What we don't do

  • We don't run paid ads (Google, Facebook, LSA — different problem, different vendor)
  • We don't handle missed-call response or speed-to-lead automation
  • We don't build websites, do SEO, or run content marketing
  • We don't configure ServiceTitan, HousecallPro, or any FSM software for you
  • We don't act as legal counsel for TCPA compliance — we run within compliant mechanics, but your customer-consent attestations are yours to maintain
